A well decorated Chinese Kangxi period porcelain plate. Moulded with a lobed and barbed rim, decorated in an Imari palette with a central scene of two figures within an elaborate border of floral panels & motifs.

Fritting and shallow chipping of the glaze around the rim. Small chip to the foot. Some spots of rubbing. Wear, particularly to the gilt. Short hairline to the rim at 7 o'clock.
